Electron Group has two printing units and one process house. In these units we use chemicals, auxiliaries, and printing inks that are manufactured in house at Doctor Auxiliaries Pvt. Ltd. and Patel Polymers Pvt. Ltd. (ISO 9001 facility and a part of Electron Group).

It also has a Tubular Dryer, Regular Dryer, Compacting Machine, Calendar Machine, Hydro Machines, Soft Flow, Winch Machines, and Closed Winch Machines. Steam Boiler, Oil Boiler, and Generator at last it had six color fully automatic Rotary Machine brand-new installed.

THE MAGIC PRINT has his own design studio, Frame Exposing Vacuum Camera, Vacuum Stretching, Screen Dryer.

Computer Added Designs (CAD) that has latest Pentium based systems and printing devices for in large format with facilities of Spot Color separation, Process Color separation, Negative, Positive, Tracing in require repeat and Pantone Matching System.

Specialty chemicals for dyeing, printing & finishing with is a full range of Eco-Friendly chemicals such as Pigment Emulsion, Fixer, Anticrease Finishing agent, Dye Fixing agents etc. are being used.

Details of the Printing Unit –

 

Magic Print has its process house spread around 8000 Sq. Meter.

     We have Eight tables with the length of 36 meters per table with 50” width, is has capacity to print up to 15 color design and per day can print Knit fabric 500 Kgs. and woven fabric 2000 meters. Added to table print we have 6 color fully automatic Rotary Machine with printing capacity of 8000 meters per day.

 

Details of the Dying Unit –

 

Soft flow Machine – 400 Kgs  -  1 machine

Soft flow Machine – 200 Kgs  -  2 machines         Per day Dyeing capacity of 1 Ton

Jumbo Jiger Machines -             5 machines.

ELECTRON GROUP INTERNATIONAL (Mumbai - PIECE PRINTING UNIT)

 

Electron Group International has its own piece printing unit in Mumbai aprrox. 3500 Sq. Feet.

 

Our group is a manufacturer of Speciality Printing Inks for all types of fabrics used for making Garments. We have speciality Inks for special effects are as follows……..
